Petition
Not cancel Local Council Election in May 2025.
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
To hold Local Council elections, as planned, in May 2025 and not alter council boundaries or give further devolved powers to local councils or other UK Nations
Cancelling local elections is undemocratic. We need less devolution, not more of it. It has a feeling of a dictatorship about it.
