Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

Femicide—the killing of women and girls due to their gender.
Recognize femicide with strict penalties.
Strengthen law enforcement with stricter sentencing.
Fund shelters, hotlines to prevent violence.
Hold governments accountable with international oversight and sanctions.
•Underreported & Misclassified: Many femicide cases are recorded as suicides or accidents, preventing justice for victims.
•Weak Laws & Enforcement: In many places, perpetrators face little to no punishment, and police fail to investigate or take threats seriously.
•Crisis in Conflict Zones: In war and conflict areas, women are systematically targeted for murder, yet global action remains limited.
