Save Spudman Pitch: Say No to Tamworth Council’s Costly Flower Bed Plan!

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

Stop Tamworth Council from replacing Spudman Pitch with a costly flower bed! This plan means high maintenance costs and lost revenue from the pitch license and visitor spending. Protect our community space and local economy—say no to unnecessary expenses and save Spudman Pitch!
We urge the Government and Parliament to stop Tamworth Council from replacing Spudman Pitch that has been in the famiy for 21 years with a costly flower bed. This plan will burden taxpayers with high upkeep costs and cut revenue from the pitch license and visitor spending. Spudman Pitch supports local businesses and community engagement. We need intervention to protect this valuable space, ensure financial responsibility, and keep Tamworth’s economy thriving
