What the petition asks

Amendments add time scales, rather then permanent ban, some people been in the UK over 20 years

Applicants should have right of appeal in court.
Review the policy. The bar should not be permanent, and the government must consider that some people may be working in public services such as NHS which is in crisis.

Some may be self employed.
