What the petition asks
Direct action working with local and parish councils to clear our country of decades of litter and rubbish.
Individuals need to have access to roads to allow them to clear rubbish along with being able to work with the local councils to have access to roads when the are closed for repair works

Our roads and footpaths are disgusting with litter everywhere you look.
We need an urgent advertising campaign and public service programmes explaining to people why we should not litter - tv ads, posters, billboards and gantry’s should all be used. We need highways authorities to provide training and allow access to roads for registered groups so picking can be conducted
In short we want the Government to care as much we do about the environment we all live in.
