What the petition asks
We need clear guidelines with clear rights to allow homeowners to protect themselves without punishment
Violent crimes are becoming more common. People are breaking into properties with knifes machetes even guns. Homeowners need to be able to protect themselves without fear of punishment when a violent attack or intrusion is happening.

The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
