Coco’s legacy. licensing for breeding and ownership of dogs.

We recently lost one of our rescues after being bred every season even though being a pup herself.
To better protect lives like Coco's and minimise such negligence, we need enhanced rules for dog ownership and breeding. Enforcing licensing regulations would ensure that only well-informed and responsible breeders can operate, thereby saving countless animal lives and reducing instances of inhumane treatment, over ran rescues and strays.
