What the petition asks

The British People have a right to know what food they are consuming, and the practices used in the preparation of the food they consume. Animal welfare is extremely important and their care up to and including their death MUST be done as humanely as possible. We have a right to choose.

The UK is guilty of forcing a change in the diet of the people by silently introducing the foreign religious preferences of other groups into our food supply, we have a right to choose where we spend out money. This is also profoundly crueler for the animals, and government guidelines are being utterly flouted. This needs to end immediately and a healthy and clean diet needs to be guaranteed free from religious tampering.
