Petition

Ban Drone Flying Over Private Property Without Owner’s Consent

Rejected 17 signatures

What the petition asks

We call on the UK Government to ban the flying of drones over private property without the owner’s consent, except for emergency services or other legally authorised uses. This is to protect privacy, security, and peace of mind for property owners.
The increasing use of drones has raised significant concerns over privacy, safety, and security for property owners across the UK. Current regulations do not provide adequate protection for individuals who wish to maintain their right to privacy on their own property.

Key issues
Privacy Violations – unauthorised surveillance, photography & recording,
Safety Risks - crashes / wildlife
Security Concerns – trespassing, spying - creating security vulnerabilities for homeowners
