What the petition asks

Prohibit the flying of drones over private property without the owner’s explicit consent, except for emergency services & legally authorised operations.
Make it illegal to capture / store /share drone footage of private property or individuals without prior consent with legal penalties for doing so

Privacy breaches / security risks / trespass & nuisance / privacy breaches all due to drones. Extend property rights to include airspace up to a reasonable height, preventing drone flights without explicit consent. Amend the Air Navigation Order 2016 to introduce stricter penalties for unauthorised drone flights over private property. Make it a criminal offence to publish, distribute, or share drone footage of private individuals or property without the consent of the owner or affected parties.
