Make the climate emergency a lawful excuse in criminal cases

We think that if the defendant is motivated by what we think is the urgent and all encompassing need to protect human life on Earth and do whatever they can to do this, then that is relevant to the case.

We think climate protests, although inconvenient, are vital to conserve life, so we feel the reasons for doing these actions are fundamentally relevant.
