Petition
Change the English and Welsh Conveyancing System
Rejected
9 signatures
What the petition asks
The Scottish System is binding, and I think it should be adopted by all nations of the Uk. Once an offer is accepted on a property it should not be possible to renege on that agreement without penalty.
Having been let down by someone at the bottom of a chain of 4, after 6 months of waiting for exchange, the knock on effect on the other 3 is devastating
