What the petition asks
Change the law intent to commit a sexual offence circumstantial evidence is not enough to find someone guilty of this offence Men are being charged with this based on there sex not because of evidence no one can be certain beyond unreasonable doubt of anyone’s intentions
Our law is suppose to charge people beyond reasonable doubt and intent can not be this
