Petition

Make Non-binary a Legally recognised gender

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

Many non-binary people in the UK currently feel invisible and ignored. Therefore, we think this government should seek to reform the Gender Recognition Act 2004 so that it extends legal recognition to a third, non-binary gender.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

You may wish to sign this petition which calls for a similar action: Legally recognise Non-Binary as a gender
