Create a secure, voluntary portal for people wrongly linked to criminal records due to name confusion, allowing them to prove their innocence and protect themselves from harm, while ensuring privacy and data protection.
My life has been severely disrupted by being wrongly identified as a registered Sex Offender simply because of a shared name.
I have heard from others with similar stories and I believe a government solution would help protect innocent people from suffering such life-altering consequences.
