To legally require that everyone be registered with an NHS counsellor

What the petition asks
Make it a legal requirement that everyone must be assigned and registered to a counsellor on the NHS. Many people are already registered with a GP. We want everyone to be registered with a counsellor too.
We believe this would:
1. Reduce stigmatism and anxiety around asking for support
2. Help everyone get support more easily
3. Help family and friends know where to find support for the person needing support without the barriers of searching for support or not knowing who is the right person to approach
4. Help increase openness to talk with someone before things get very serious.
