Free train travel for young Scot cards

What the petition asks
I would like the train travel fare to be covered by the young Scot cards
This would help people in rural areas to get around as buses can be inconsistent and/or break down and stop people from going where they need
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
