What the petition asks
remove congestion charge, its too expensive. at a time where people are struggling to live day to day. there is no evidence that congestion charge has made any difference to london. travelling around london is already too expensive but to increase congestion and parking tickets is outrageous
either remove it all together or reduce it to £10.
also provide receipts as to where the money is going to.
