What the petition asks
I would like the government to ban the horse-cart hackney carriages to prevent the potential for some horses to be abused.
I believe some horses aren't resting at all, and that some owners are abusing them if they are not moving, hitting them with a whip.
Some horses might be overworked and could be taking loads that are overweight.
I believe they shouldn't be dressed up, be hit, or even used as an attraction for people.
