What the petition asks
All children should be entitled to a free school meal regardless if the parents received benefits.
All children have the right to be fed a healthy meal.
It's a legal requirement that all children attend school, yet children from year 3 onwards, schools meals are not provided.
Some children in disadvantaged areas, regardless of parents working should receive a healthy school meal. Working parents still struggle with today's bills as they are increasing.
Why should we work and pay taxes for prisoners to eat yet our own children can't get a free school meal.
