Stop victims of sexual abuse by peers having to face them in education settings

What the petition asks
I would like the government to stop victims suffering and having to face their abuser in education settings, the abuser should have to leave the setting not the victim
Too many young people are made to feel uncomfortable, unheard and scared when they have to face their abuser because they attend the same school setting, the abuser should have to leave the setting victims should be heard and put first not the abuser
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do as Government guidance already says the perpetrator should be removed.
