Petition
Further enforce littering in the UK.

What the petition asks
I would like the Government to take action against littering by further enforcing the fine for the crime.
Littering is illegal in the UK. The fine for littering in many areas is £400 (£200 if paid within 10 days). If the fine isn’t paid within 14 days, individuals that
litter could face going to court and paying up to £2500.
Unfortunately, it is hard to enforce, and many people continue to litter without facing said fines. I would like something to be done to prevent this crime, and to protect our environment.
