Petition

Make the SL3 Thamesmead and Bromley North stop at Townley Grammar School

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

We want Transport for London (TfL) to add a bus stop for the SL3 express bus service directly outside or very close to Townley Grammar in Bexleyheath. This stop would serve students, staff, and local residents.
A new SL3 stop at the Townley Grammar school stop (where the 269 stops) would significantly improve safety and accessibility for hundreds of students who currently face long walks from existing stops, often in bad weather or dark conditions. It would also reduce traffic congestion around the school gates by encouraging more public transport use, benefiting the whole community.

Why it was rejected

It was about a matter for a local council or devolved government, not the UK Government or Parliament.
