What the petition asks

ANPR in carparks read numberplates on entry and exit. Many ask you to pay via a website or app within a short deadline. If you forget you may face a fine. Often people report receiving letters threatening action. Require that you must always be sent an invoice first and given a fair chance to pay.

We feel this will then be more aligned with other processes for paying for services and help those of us who are happy to pay but whose lives are dictated by other priorities, such as kids, work, the excitement of picking up an old friend from the airport.
