Petition
Provide free bus travel for under-22s in England
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
Scotland and Wales already offer free or discounted bus travel for young people. We believe England should do the same to support equal access to transport, reduce emissions, and improve opportunities for young people.
We urge the Government to provide free bus travel for under-22s in England. Scotland’s National Entitlement Card has shown that free youth travel increases mobility, reduces emissions, and improves access to education, work, and wellbeing. This change would support equality, sustainability, and young people’s independence.
