What the petition asks

Delivery drivers drive unlimited miles in a year. Due to climate change, summer driving becomes impossible for those susceptible to the hotter temperatures.

Today, I was exposed to 37C with no AC. It was unbearable with my health which contrubuted to fatigue, alertness and ability which is dangerous and may contribute to RTC's on British roads. I spend a maximum of 10 hours on the road a day, in the hotter temperatures I CANNOT complete my job. I wish to make law and included in employment rights that all commercial and delivery vehicles must have air conditioning fitted to the vehicle to make a better environment for remote drivers.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
