Petition
Trigger Article 58 and begin withdrawal from the ECHR.

What the petition asks
Invoke Article 58 of the European Convention on Human Rights and begin the formal process of withdrawal. Repeal the Human Rights Act 1998, replace ECtHR case law with domestic protections, and restore sovereignty to UK law and Parliament.
Sovereignty means making our own rules and controlling our own laws without outside influence. The ECHR has repeatedly undermined the UK’s ability to protect borders, enforce immigration law, and uphold democratic decisions. British rights should be protected by British law, in British courts. It's time to restore legal and democratic control by triggering Article 58 and leaving the ECHR.
