Don't allow councils to require street food licenses on private land

What the petition asks
Do not allow councils to impose license fees for street food vendors popping up at pubs on private land.
We believe this needs to happen because if the license fees get imposed on small businesses that pop up at pubs on weekends, on private land, it could kill small businesses and the hospitality industry all round, with less people going out to spend money each time. We think expecting a small business to purchase a license each year it trades in is absurd.
