Petition
Establish Bletchley as its own parliamentary constituency
Rejected
9 signatures
What the petition asks
Separate the current constituency of Buckingham and Bletchley into two distinct constituencies
The people of Bletchley have little in common with those in Buckingham. The Government should redraw the constituency borders to allow the people of both respective areas to be better represented.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The issue raised by the petition is the responsibility of the Boundary Commission for England.
