What the petition asks
To allow people to have pride. One way is by allowing English flags to be flown.
Councils are taking down English flags yet allowing other flags to fly. Councils shoukd be advised and urged to allow the flying of the English flag. It would aid community spirit.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
