Petition
Decriminalise the use and carry of pepper spray for self defence
Rejected

What the petition asks
I want the government to decriminalise pepper spray as an illegal weapon and allow the general public to carry it legally for self defence
I want it to be decriminalised and allowed to carry for the general public because of the increase in knife crime, rape of women and for the British public to feel save again. criminals don’t follow the laws and when called the police are not always able to respond and even when they can the difference of a few minutes can make a world of difference. Our laws are out dated and need a thorough review around self defence and what the public can do to save them selves when you can’t rely on police.
