Petition
Urgent Concerns - EU Entry/Exit System (EES) and its Impact on UK HGV Drivers
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
International HGV drivers to express my grave concerns about the implementation of the European Union's new Entry/Exit System (EES), scheduled to come into force on the 12th October 2025.
I urge you to raise this issue with the relevant government departments in the EU and to advocate for a visa-free or exempted travel arrangement for UK professional drivers. Our work is essential for the UK . To avoid putting UK Companies and drivers out of business. While EES may seem like a minor administrative change on the surface, its impact on professional drivers like me will be profound due to the "90/180-day rule."
