Require conveyancing searches to include commercial noise & ban complaints

What the petition asks
We urge the Government to legislate to require conveyancing searches to include commercial noise and ban any complaints from new residents about noises identified in the searches.
We believe buyers should know about this when signing a contract, so new residents are unable to make noise complaints against local established businesses. We believe noise/nuisance from local established businesses should be highlighted so an informed decision can be made before contracts are exchanged. Public houses as an example: many are closing every week and it can become even harder to continue to trade, contribute to the economy and be a hub for the local community when a new resident moves in the vicinity and proceeds to complain.
