Reduce NI payments for people not registered with an NHS dentist

What the petition asks
As many people are unable to have an NHS dentist but pay full NI contributions. We think they should have a reduction in NI contributions to help with private dental care. Why pay the same as people who have an NHS dentist.
Reduce NI contributions for members of the public that are not registered with an NHS dentist but pay full contributions.
