Stop GCSE exams

What the petition asks
We call on the Government to scrap GCSE exams and replace them with fairer continuous assessments, coursework, and smaller tests. We think this would reduce stress, improve mental health, and better prepare students for future education.
We think this could lead to:
~Reduced stress – exams can put extreme pressure on students’ mental health.
~Fairer grading – continuous assessment may show true ability, not just exams.
~Real learning – focus on understanding, not memorization.
~Support for creativity – lets students show skills beyond written tests.
