Petition
Exempt Turkish ECAA visa holders from 10-year ILR
Rejected
16 signatures
What the petition asks
We ask the UK Government not to apply the 10-year ILR rule to ECAA visa holders. Many applied before Brexit, worked, paid taxes, and are near 5 years. We request exemption or a transitional arrangement.
We want the Government to act because many ECAA visa holders applied before Brexit, have lived and worked in the UK, paid taxes, and are close to completing 5 years. Applying the 10-year rule now would be unfair.
Why it was rejected
