Introduce free eye wear for people with eye conditions

For to long people with eye conditions have had to pay for eye wear abd eye tests which shouldn't be a thing

People with eye conditions suffer everytime by spending to much money on eye wear for something that they can't control

Coming from someone who cannot see without glasses this hits massively financially and the government and parliament should look into this as a matter of urgency
