What the petition asks

When people are driving and hit a cat they should report it to the police like you do when you run over a dog

I would like it to be law because it’s not fair that when dogs get run over you have to report it but when it’s a cat you don’t and it’s devastating when cat owners don’t get sympathy from the law when a cat is run over
