Petition
Make it mandatory for all medical professionals to be trained in FND and NEAD

What the petition asks
We want the Government to make training on Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) mandatory for all NHS medical professionals, and allied health professionals.FND is one of the most common causes of neurological symptoms but remains widely misunderstood and misdiagnosed.
Despite its prevalence, FND is not consistently covered in medical education or professional training. Patients often experience stigma, disbelief, and lack of access to informed care.we are calling for Mandatory inclusion of FND in postgraduate medical education. Compulsory continue professional development on FND for relevant NHS staff iinclusion of FND management guidelines in NHS clinical protocols. This will help ensure that people with FND receive appropriate, effective care.
