What the petition asks
The Australian government recently introduced an act to ensure artists work was protected from AI companies using or 'training' on it without consent.
We need to introduce similar legislation in this country to protect artists and musicians going forward.

Art is fundamental to the human condition. If we allow AI companies to syphon that creativity from human artists for their profit, we will see a destruction of human creativity.
We have already seen companies hide policies in their terms and conditions that have seen countless artists hoodwinked.
This needs to stop.
