What the petition asks

Women and girls should be able to defend themselves in our country. Coming and going to work or college in winter months in the dark can be scary for women travelling alone. Pepper spray could save so many women’s lives.

Women should be able to defend themselves from being attacked . Legalising pepper spray could stop so many women from being sexually assaulted or murdered.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
