What the petition asks
Keep the ILR to 5 Years and delay the citizenship for further 5 years. After ILR if someone claims benefits for up to 12 months, the citizenship may be delayed for another 3 years, more than 12 months, delayed for another 6 years and more than 24 months, cannot apply for citizenship.
