Petition
For Existing Care Workers Keep 5-year ILR and Apply New Rules To New Migrants
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
For skilled care workers already residing in the country, new regulations should not be applied. A commitment was made to them regarding a five-year Indefinite Leave to Remain, and new rules should not be implemented retrospectively.
Applying the new rules retrospectively to individuals who had already been granted leave was unfair and unlawful.
