STOP MODERN-DAY SLAVERY: KEEP 5-YEAR ILR & STOP BENEFITS, REJECT 15-YEAR POLICY

What the petition asks
Keep the original 5-year ILR pathway for Skilled Worker Visa holders. Reject any proposal to increase this to 15 years. If benefits are the concern, restrict them after ILR. Do not trap migrants in one sector for 15 years. This is unfair & inhumane. WE ARE ALSO HUMANS
Keep the 5-year ILR pathway for Skilled worker visa holders. Reject any plan to extend ILR qualification to 15 years. If benefits are truly the concern, restrict them separately. Don’t trap migrants in one sector for 15 years with no freedom to grow, retrain or change careers. The big question is this: is this proposal really about benefits—or is it a modern form of labour slavery, to have labourers for atleast 15years?
