Dear government, we the existing care or senior care workers will be treating So unfair if current 5 years settlement route will move from 5 to 15 years for us because it’s not only gonna impact on us but for those vulnerable people as well for whom we care for Everyday to promote their wellbeing
Moreover, it’s also gonna have devastating Impact on our dependents and children who Live with us and contribute in this country day and night by working hard in different sectors and paying taxes with no criminal record with Speaking Good level of english and Considered as law abiding immigrants please we humbly Requesting & Hoping that This 15 years policy will Not apply on existing care workers who are already on the path to get ILR in 5 years in uk .
