What the petition asks
Hold judges accountable for biased , failing to follow procedures and the law, failing to set out how they arrived at their decision. Not reading all evidence . Relying on CAFCASS reports and social care without scrutiny and evidence.
Judges has made wrongful decisions and it has led to children’s deaths and parents death and harm to parents and children and have had back door correspondents with solicits and they have not followed the court processes
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Judgements can already be appealed if a mistake has been made or if legal procedure has not been followed properly. The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) already investigates complaints of judicial misconduct

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, such as how the current system could be changed.
