Require mental health training for all HR staff, managers and directors

What the petition asks
Introduce mandatory mental health training for all HR staff, managers and directors. Ensure the training is comprehensive, realistic and meaningful; to learn what it is like for an employee with a condition to work, struggle and cope within a workplace.
Many adults experience mental health problems each year, yet we are concerned that workplaces often lack understanding. Employees can stay silent because they fear stigma, judgment or losing their jobs. This leaves countless people suffering in silence. Mandatory, meaningful training could help create safer, more supportive and informed workplaces for everyone.
