Petition
Petition Plea: Automatic Deportation After Conviction
Rejected
9 signatures
What the petition asks
We petition for a change in immigration law: any non-citizen who is lawfully convicted of breaking our laws should automatically lose the right to remain and be deported, following due process. Respect for the law is a condition of staying in our country.
I strongly believe this plea must be upheld to protect our country, defend the rule of law, and stand with victims whose lives are harmed by crime. Our communities deserve safety, justice, and accountability.
