What the petition asks
To help students and young voters develop an understanding for the UKs political system.
Help students develop an understanding for politics due to the new voting age of 16. Aims to reduce political bias and makes sure that voters vote using their own understanding of the UKs democracy and politics. With the new voting age coming into effect voters at the age of 16 could lack an understanding of our political system and could be bias or swayed into the wrong direction.
