Petition
Investigate CAHMs and mental health units

What the petition asks
I am calling on Parliament to urgently investigate CAMHS and mental health units.
Children are being left without support at the most dangerous moments of their lives. This is not a series of isolated failures — it is a systemic one. Parliament must act now to prevent further harm and loss of life.

I am calling on Parliament to investigate CAMHS and mental health units across the UK because the current system is failing some of the most vulnerable children and young people, with devastating and, in some cases, fatal consequences.
Across the country, families are reporting the same experiences: children in serious mental health crisis being refused support, long waits during periods of acute risk, and autistic or ADHD young people being deemed “too complex” their being failed
